A lovely professional couple in their 60s with grown children seeks to hire a hands-on couple with proven tenure. The domestic couple would be responsible for the home in Sandy Springs, a 10,000 sq ft lakefront property on Lake Lanier, which is approximately 6,000 sq ft residence, 4-bedroom 5 bath, with adjoining pool, house, and house gym.

The couple lives between their Atlanta city suburb home in Sandy Springs during the winter months and their home in Naples, FL. 

In the summer, they spend time at their lakefront home at Lake Lanier. Additionally, the couple has a small hunting lodge which would require a visit once a month. The principals are Spanish and speak fluent English and Spanish.

There are no children or pets in any of the houses. The couple is looking for a couple who has common sense, is practical, can self-manage, and take the initiative. The homes are informal, but an understanding of professional boundaries is required. This opportunity is very hands-on and self-managed.

A beautifully appointed three-bedroom house is on offer to the perfect domestic couple. The house is located across the street from the couple's summer house on Lake Lanier. All utilities and home maintenance are taken care of by the employer.

The primary responsibilities of the couple would be supporting the Georgia properties only. (Periodic support in Naples, Florida, may be required from time to time) 

Responsibilities included the following:

• All aspects of housekeeping include; daily cleaning, making beds, and laundry, and one must have excellent ironing skills. All clothes are laundered on-site. 
• Grocery shopping, shopping for all supplies.
• Simple meal preparation, leaving food for the weekend required. 
• Experience with vendor management - scheduling and oversight of all properties in G.A. 
•  A hands-on approach would be required to maintain the home's interiors and exteriors – pressure washing, blowing leaves, window cleaning, managing landscape crews, skimming the pool, seasonal plantings, and seasonal décor.
• Assist with vehicle and boat maintenance, cleaning, gassing, permits, insurance decals/tags, and detailing. 
• The couple would run errands, support grocery shopping, shop on Amazon, and maintain all stocks and supplies at each property.
• Airport pick up and drop off would also be required, and driving the couple to events from time to time.
• When the couple visits their lake home on Lake Lanier, usually Friday through Monday, the domestic couple is responsible for ensuring the lake home is fully stocked and guest ready. 
• Communicate clearly in writing and verbally, and be without ego or drama.
• Opening a closing the lake property seasonally. All repairs should be completed before the couple arrives at the lake house.
• All electronics are functioning and updated. ( Batteries for remotes etc.) 
• All mechanical systems are maintained and on a documented schedule maintained. 
• Licenses/permits are up-to-date

Schedule:

This role is Monday through Friday (Possible Weekend Coverage on Holidays)

8.30 am through 5.30 pm Monday to Thursday. Friday is usually a shorter day, from 8.30 am to 2.30 pm.

Required:

Must be physically fit, can lift 50lbs

Must pass a detailed criminal background

Must be polite and culturally in alignment with southern culture

Salary and benefits:

$130,000 to $140,000 D.O.E.
