Position Overview
A rare and prestigious opportunity is available for a hands-on, experienced, and professional individual or domestic couple to provide year-round care for a 9,000 sq ft private oceanfront estate in Jupiter, Florida. This role offers the chance to work for a kind, respectful, and self-made gentleman with a long-standing team and an exceptional reputation for staff loyalty and tenure.
Private, on-site housing is included, and pets are welcome. The ideal candidates will possess strong property and household management skills, hospitality sensibility, and a humble, service-oriented attitude with no ego.
We are currently prioritizing Florida-based candidates or those with a connection to the area, with a preferred start date in early September.

Key Responsibilities
Estate & Facilities Management
-
Full oversight of the main residence, guest cottage, dock, and surrounding grounds

Ensure all structures and systems (smart home, HVAC, security, irrigation, etc.) are fully operational and impeccably maintained

Manage preventive maintenance schedules and conduct regular property inspections

Create and maintain detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for hurricane and emergency readiness

Maintain a thorough and current house manual
Vendor & Project Oversight

Coordinate and supervise vendors, including landscaping, pest control, maintenance, and specialty trades

Act as the on-site liaison for service providers, contractors, and deliveries
-
Maintain accurate records of work completed, inspections, warranties, and property updates
Hospitality & Household Support

Prepare and maintain the estate for the principal’s arrival, including special requests and seasonal needs

Light cooking or simple meal preparation as needed
-
Assist with event setup, guest services, or holiday décor when required

Provide occasional transportation and ensure vehicle care

Welcome and accommodate guests and visitors with discretion and professionalism
Qualifications & Experience
-
Minimum 5–10 years in private service, preferably as an estate caretaker or domestic couple
- Must have good tenure, and have long-term intent

Previous experience with oceanfront properties and watercraft oversight preferred

Familiarity with smart home systems, home automation, and high-end finishes
-
Ability to perform hands-on maintenance and proactive property care - in excellent physical shape able to lift 50lbs

Highly professional, service-driven, discreet, and humble demeanor

Comfortable working independently or as a couple with minimal oversight

Must be pet-friendly

Valid driver’s license(s) and clean driving record required
