Combined Salary: $140,000–$160,000 DOE + Private Housing + Vehicle for Work Purposes + Full Benefits

International Domestic Consulting is seeking an experienced, professional Domestic Couple with a strong background in private household service and white-glove hospitality for a wonderful long-term opportunity with a lovely private family.

To be considered, both candidates must have previous professional experience working in a private residence as employees. We are particularly interested in couples who have worked together in fully staffed private households and understand the standards of high-level domestic service.

The family resides on a beautiful private estate of approximately seven acres, with three acres of maintained grounds and an established landscaping crew in place.

The household is welcoming, family-oriented, and relaxed in atmosphere. While the family enjoys an informal lifestyle, they appreciate excellent household standards, attention to detail, polished service, and individuals who take genuine pride in their work.

The estate has an established household team, and the family is looking for a couple who would welcome a long-term opportunity working alongside other experienced private service professionals.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a capable, experienced Domestic Couple who work well together, understand private household expectations, and are equally comfortable providing white-glove service and assisting with hands-on responsibilities.

Ideally, one partner will bring strong experience in property oversight, driving, vendor coordination, household maintenance, and formal service, while the other will have excellent housekeeping, laundry, wardrobe care, cooking, household organization, and service skills.

Both individuals must understand the importance of professional private service, discretion, attention to detail, and maintaining exceptional household standards.

This is a hands-on position for a couple who enjoy variety, working alongside an established team, and supporting a private family.

Responsibilities – Property, Driving & Service

• Assist with the day-to-day oversight, maintenance, and presentation of the residence and grounds.

• Conduct regular property walkthroughs and identify maintenance or service requirements.

• Work alongside the established landscaping crew responsible for maintaining approximately three acres of the property.

• Coordinate and oversee vendors, contractors, service providers, and household projects.

• Assist with light property maintenance, outdoor projects, and operating household equipment.

• Provide professional driving services, including transportation to appointments, dinners, and social engagements.

• Assist with shopping, errands, deliveries, and general household logistics.

• Provide polished table service, including setting tables, serving meals and beverages, and assisting with entertaining.

• Assist with guest preparations, events, and household arrangements.

• Communicate effectively with the existing household team.

Responsibilities – Housekeeping, Cooking & Household Support

• Maintain exceptional housekeeping standards, including detailed cleaning, organization, and care of fine furnishings and delicate surfaces.

• Support and work alongside the existing housekeeping team.

• Provide excellent laundry and wardrobe care, including ironing, steaming, pressing, stain removal, and handling delicate garments.

• Assist with packing and unpacking, wardrobe organization, and maintaining personal belongings.

• Prepare fresh, well-presented family-style meals.

• Provide white-glove table service, including appropriate table settings, meal presentation, serving, and clearing.

• Assist with entertaining, guest preparations, and maintaining the residence to a consistently high standard.

• Maintain household inventories, order supplies, coordinate online purchases, and manage returns.

• Assist with calendars, reservations, appointments, travel arrangements, and general household administration.

• Assist with pet care and house-sitting when the principals travel.

• Work collaboratively with household staff to ensure the residence remains beautifully maintained and guest-ready.

Essential Qualifications

Previous professional experience working in a private residence is required for both candidates. Applicants without private household experience will not be considered.

We are particularly interested in couples who offer:

• A proven background working together in private homes, luxury estates, or fully staffed households.

• Excellent knowledge of white-glove service, household etiquette, and professional domestic standards.

• Strong housekeeping, laundry, wardrobe management, and household organization skills.

• Experience with formal and informal table service, entertaining, and guest care.

• Confidence preparing well-presented family meals.

• Practical property maintenance, driving, and vendor management abilities.

• Excellent communication skills, discretion, and an understanding of professional boundaries.

• A flexible, positive attitude and genuine willingness to assist wherever needed.

• Excellent professional references and a stable employment history.

• Valid driver's licenses with clean driving records.

• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

• Ability to successfully complete background checks and drug screening.

• Comfort working around pets and living on a private estate.

Compensation & Benefits

Combined Annual Salary: $140,000–$160,000, depending on experience.

Housing: Small, private accommodation provided on the property.

Vehicle: Vehicle available for work-related responsibilities.

Medical Benefits: Full medical coverage provided.

Relocation: Assistance available for qualified candidates.

Schedule: Generally Monday through Friday, with flexibility for occasional weekends and household coverage when the principals travel.
