Seeking a Spanish or Portuguese-speaking couple.
We have an excellent opportunity to work and live in Aspen for a casual, informal family. The family is based on the East Coast and travels often. They are simple and relaxed, approachable, and practical. The point of contact for the family is a fabulous chief of staff who is a very accomplished, approachable gentleman.
The vacation home sits on 10 acres, approximately 15,000 ft.², and the family is looking for an energetic, motivated property management couple with excellent cooking skills who speak Spanish or Portuguese. The couple will be responsible for all maintenance and upkeep at the property, managing and scheduling vendors, preparing the property seasonally, and acting as the point of contact.
The family uses the property periodically. The ideal couple will be able to self-manage, have prior experience working in cold weather conditions, seasonally opening and closing the property, and follow the necessary steps to ensure the property's preparation for winter.
The property is located within five minutes of downtime in Aspen, CO.
The ideal couple will have prior experience, excellent tenure, excellent references, and, as mentioned, speak Spanish or Portuguese.
The salary range is from $120,000 to $140,000, with offsite housing offered to a skilled couple with excellent references. A complete benefits package includes medical, dental vision, 401(k), and relocation assistance.
The position will start at the end of September. Immediate interviews and possible quick start for highly qualified candidates.
