A wonderful mature couple, originally from the U.S., is seeking an experienced and professional Domestic Couple to support the maintenance and upkeep of their oceanfront compound in La Punta, Manzanillo, Mexico. The couple values their privacy and is looking for a discreet, proactive, and self-sufficient team to help manage their home and property.
About the Property
The estate includes:
- A single-level main residence (10,000 sq. ft.)
- Four guest casitas/apartments
- A gym
- Gardens and outdoor areas
Responsibilities
The Domestic Couple will be responsible for:
Housekeeping & Maintenance:
- Daily cleaning and upkeep of the main house, guest casitas, and common areas
- Sweeping, mopping, dusting, making beds, and general housekeeping
- Laundry and ironing
- Light meal preparation (1-2 times per week; simple meals such as salads or omelets)
- Stocking household supplies and handling errands as needed
Property Maintenance & Landscaping:
- General handyman tasks (simple electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs)
- Gardening and landscaping maintenance
- Pool and patio area upkeep
- Coordinating with local vendors and supervising maintenance workers
Schedule & Lifestyle
- Typical schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Some Saturday coverage required (8:00 AM – 1:00 PM) when guests visit
- The couple does not entertain frequently but may occasionally host political figures or guests, requiring a higher level of service
Ideal Candidates
The couple is looking for a discreet, proactive, and self-sufficient team who can seamlessly blend into their household. Candidates should:
- Be able to self-manage and take a proactive approach to home maintenance
- Respect the couple’s privacy and be comfortable working independently
- Speak Spanish (required) to coordinate with local vendors and shop for household needs
- Be flexible and willing to assist with light cooking and errands as needed
Accommodation & Travel
- A private apartment separate from the main house will be provided
- The couple spends 10 months per year in Mexico and 2 months in Las Vegas

Salary & Benefits
