Domestic Couple Dallas ON HOLD
Immediate hire for exceptionally experienced and caring couple to manage a large property in Dallas, with the willingness to also oversee, and occasionally travel to Santa Barbara and Carmel.
• The homes have museum quality art, so you should have an understanding of art, its storage, maintenance, and curation
• You should have the ability to cook, set a lovely table, table scape, and plan and execute dinner parties
• This role will require you to source, negotiate and maintain contractor agreements
• You should understand HR and staff oversight responsibilities
• Financial and basic bookkeeping skills are required with the ability to adhere to a budget
• Able to communicate clearly in English
• Being tech-savvy using Microsoft office suite, e-mails and texts
• Having an esthetic sense
• The ability to document and maintain manuals, updating and implementing new SOP’s
Additional responsibilities include:
• Housekeeping
• Managing household supplies
• Household / grounds maintenance
• Laundry and dry-cleaning tracking
• Tending to the gardens & pressure washing
• Season planning and décor management
• Detailed calendar management
• Document and inventory
Our clients are looking for a proactive couple who don’t need to be micromanaged. The right couple will have complete oversight and report to one of our client’s children and CFO. All the support mechanisms are in place to succeed. This is a rare and wonderful opportunity for a couple that has 10 years’ or more experience, and a willingness to relocate or currently live in Dallas. You must have long-term intentions and a record of longevity in previous employment to be considered. Must be able to pass a detailed background check (no exceptions).Only the most experienced professionals please. Generally, M-F with occasional weekend support. Flexibly with scheduling would be appreciated.
