A lovely couple in Atlanta seeks to hire a hands-on couple with proven tenure. The role is in Atlanta, 30305 taking care of a beautifully appointed 6000 sq ft residence, 4-bedroom 5 bath with adjoining pool house and gym.

The couple lives between their city home in Buckhead and their country farm located one hour’s drive outside the city. They also have a home in Florida. There are no children or pets in the house. The couple is looking for candidates who have common sense, are practical, can self-manage, and take the initiative. They are informal, hands-on, and understand excellent service. They expect the perfect couple to be able to communicate clearly in writing and verbally and be without ego or drama.

The primary responsibilities of the couple would be supporting the Georgia properties.

Responsibilities included the following:

• All aspects of housekeeping to include daily cleaning, making beds, laundry, dry cleaning management, vendor management - scheduling and oversight on the property, exterior maintenance – pressure washing, blowing leaves, window cleaning, managing landscape crews, seasonal plantings, seasonal décor, assist with vehicle maintenance and detailing, errand running and stocking all supplies at each property.
• When the couple visits their farm, usually Friday through Monday, the couple is responsible for stocking the home, managing vendors – repairs, and making sure that the couple has everything they need for the weekend - food is stocked, the house is spotless, all home media systems are working and in order, making sure that there are no out lights, and that all battery remotes are operational, sheets are changed, ironing has been completed, all supplies are in date, that the vehicles are gassed, that the boat is clean -gassed-licenses/permits are up-to-date

This role is Monday through Friday (Possible Weekend Coverage on Holidays)

8.30 am through 5.30pm

Local candidates preferred, open to relocation for outstanding candidates

Must be physically fit, can lift 50lbs

$120,000 to $150,000
