MIAMI -FLORIDA -USA - EXPERIENCED DOMESTIC COUPLE

To include - Housekeeping -Cooking - Property /Garden Maintenance - Driving Duties are essential.

Essential Requirements – Legally able to work in USA. Confident, forward thinking, proactive couple with good communication skills. Capable to work well together, organize and plan your own routine and daily duties. 

Proactive, experienced couple required for a private residence in Miami Beach.  This is the main residence of a professional couple, there are no children and no pets. The principals have a holiday home in France, and you will be required to travel with them eventually.

The residence requires a dedicated, detailed, and professional domestic couple, who are between them capable to offer high end service with day-to-day management of all aspects of the property, representing the principals and liaising with all suppliers and service providers.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Daily housekeeping to include cleaning and maintenance of both the interior and exterior.
  • Fresh healthy cooking for the principals and their guests to include dinner parties and entertaining from time to time, using Natural /Organic produce.
  • Be able to set and serve a beautiful table.
  • Wardrobe maintenance for household and personal laundry, dry cleaning, and wardrobe management.
  • Care of indoor plants, flowers etc.
  • Household provisioning, running errands and shopping.
  • General property maintenance, preventative and immediate, identifying when contractors and external sources are required.
  • General Garden/Lawn, flower beds and Pool Maintenance.
  • Care and maintenance of vehicles.
  • Occasionally drive the principals at times as and when requested.

 

Salary Negotiable $150,000 to $200,000 D/O/E

5 Days a week M- F, with flexibility to support some weekends

2 Weeks Paid Vacation

1 Week of sick leave

Accommodation provided – one bedroom annex attached to main residence with own entrance First class checkable references and Non-Smokers essential.
