Domestic Couple - Dallas PLACED
An exceptionally experienced and caring couple is needed to manage a large semi-formal property in Dallas.
Our clients are seniors, a wonderful husband and wife looking for a proactive couple who won't need to be micromanaged. The right couple will have complete oversight and report to one of our client's children and CFO. All the support mechanisms are in place to succeed.
This is a rare and excellent opportunity for a couple with 10 years' or more experience and a willingness to relocate or ideally live in Dallas/state of Texas.
Candidates must have long-term intentions and a record of longevity in previous employment to be considered. Must be able to pass a detailed background check (no exceptions). Our clients are not looking to change their lives, and at their age, have a normal routine that they need assistance maintaining. There are other support staff in place, who have been with the family for twenty years, plus.
Job requirements:
- The home has museum-quality art, the ideal couple with have an understanding and appreciation for art, its storage, maintenance, and curation
- The ability to cook, set a lovely table, and create a beautiful tablescape, and plan and execute dinner parties
- This role will require sourcing vendors, negotiate and maintaining existing contractor agreements
- Prior experience managing staff, HR responsibilities and staff oversight
- Financial and basic bookkeeping
- The ability to communicate clearly in English, answer the door, take clear messages, have a security mind when opening the door
- Being tech-savvy using Microsoft office suite, e-mails, texts, trouble-shooting home media
- The ability to document and maintain manuals, updating and implementing new SOP's
- Having a medical background would be advantageous
- Housekeeping/Laundry
- Managing household supplies
- Household/grounds maintenance
- Laundry and dry-cleaning tracking
- Tending to the gardens & pressure washing
- Season planning and décor management, working with the existing team of gardeners
- Detailed calendar management, gift management and managing invites and R.S.V.P.
- Document and inventory of the property
- Clean Driver's License & and able to pass a Level-3 Background check
Only the most experienced professionals, please. Generally, M-F with occasional weekend support. Flexibility with scheduling would be appreciated.

Competitive salary ($150,000 to $180,000)
