Domestic Couple or Individual Candidates
We have a fantastic opportunity for a domestic couple to support a large property in Pennsylvania. The home is in Chester County. The role requires all aspects of managing a 23-acre estate home with the latest technology, facilities, and security systems. The primary residence is approximately 18,000 sq. ft., along with two other smaller houses are on the property. The principals have additional properties in Jupiter, Florida and Aspen, Colorado.
The family are informal and live busy lives. The oldest three children have moved out/are at college. There are two children still present in the home daily. The 14-year-old girl is autistic and needs a nanny/companion, and the 16-year-old son is independent but does not drive and may need to be picked up/dropped off at school.
Nanny Companion Role
The family is ideally looking to find a lady who has prior experience working with an autistic child and has formal training in education or a related medical field. The 14-year is quiet, introverted, suffers from social anxiety, and needs a companion/minder 24/7. Assistance with/monitoring mealtime and supporting personal hygiene would be necessary. The role focuses primarily on the 14-year-old. A candidate with administrative abilities would be welcomed. There is another support person in place.
Manager Role
The role of the manager is all encompassing. This role requires someone with prior knowledge and experience overseeing multiple homes nationally. The property in PA has two guest cottages, landscaped grounds, ponds, outbuildings which house machinery, a pool, and tennis courts.
The house in Jupiter, FL, is an oceanfront property with a dock and a family vacation boat at the end of the pier.
The home in Aspen is used seasonally and has a management company overseeing the house.
The ideal manager will be a highly detailed individual with prior experience managing multiple homes that require seasonal opening and closing. Must have excellent communication skills, be tech-savvy, and have a proactive approach to all maintenance. Must have prior experience managing staff and maintaining respectful existing vendor relations. Ideally the candidate(s) should also have prior renovation/construction experience. Ability to self-manage and take ownership of the role is a must.
The family has an incredible support team and wants the new couple/manager to blend in as part of the team.
The family frequently travels together. When the principals travel for business, house sitting and watching the two teenage children is sometimes required.
Candidates must have excellent tenure to apply, verifiable references, and pass a detailed background check to be considered. The ideal couple will have a connection/prior experience working in Pennsylvania, or Jupiter, Florida.

Schedule
Monday through Friday with weekend support as needed
40-50 hours a week
Salary
$220,000.00 to $250,000.00 and relocation for candidates in neighboring east coast states
