Estate Manager/Domestic Couple - Colorado

We are seeking a highly experienced Estate Manager or a Domestic Couple for a breathtaking estate in the Colorado mountains. 

Job Description:

This is a formal household and requires a 5-star level of service. The home is of museum quality - exceptionally high-end. The principals are in their 80s and are present at the home just six months out of the year. The estate is enormous, housing three separate properties. This position would oversee all three properties, including the home where the couple/estate manager would reside. Living quarters consist of a 3-bedroom single-family home. The estate is fully staffed with professionals who have been with the family for 30+ years. You will communicate directly with the lovely house manager, who also lives on-site. 

We would love to have this position filled by mid-December. The family will be in Colorado during Christmas, Jewish Holidays, and the New Year. 

MUST:

• Have formal, white-glove service experience for HNW/UHNW personnel.
• Have excellent cooking and table service skills. 
• Understand harsh winters and how to winterize the homes; be familiar with extreme weather.
• Be comfortable with/have prior experience living in the mountains during the winter when heavy snow occurs. 
• Be comfortable driving in snow through the mountain terrain. 
• Work well with others, be a team player.
• Have excellent, verifiable references. 
• Pass a detailed criminal background check.

Salary: 

Domestic Couple - $180k - $220k

Experienced House Manager - $160k - $180k w/bonuses.
