Compensation: $150K – $180K + performance-related package

The family are wonderful, busy professionals with teenage children, primarily based in New York with frequent travel to the UK. Essential Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience within luxury hospitality, private service, or high-end concierge environments
  • Current, active relationships within major global cities and hospitality markets
  • Proven ability to secure high-demand reservations, VIP access, and bespoke experience
  • Multi-lingual candidates strongly preferred – English, Spanish, Arabic ideally
  • Clear understanding of five-star / white-glove service standards
  • Experience supporting UHNW / UHNWI principals and private office environments
  • Strong knowledge of global travel logistics, destination management, and hospitality networks
  • Must have a 24/7 approach to be successful

We are conducting a national search for an exceptional and highly connected Access & Concierge Director to support a UHNW Principal within a family office environment, with extensive international travel.

This is a forward-facing, highly polished role requiring a sophisticated professional hospitality with a global reach, exceptional discretion, and an elevated concierge approach. Candidates must be current within the industry and possess strong, active relationships across luxury hospitality, fine dining, private members clubs, cultural institutions, and premier event networks.

The ideal candidate will bring a refined understanding of international travel, destination intelligence, and white-glove client service, with the ability to proactively review locations, curate bespoke experiences, and facilitate seamless access globally.

Key Responsibilities

Relationship Management & Global Market Engagement

  • Develop and maintain high-level relationships across luxury hospitality, dining, private clubs, cultural institutions, and lifestyle sectors globally
  • Leverage established networks in key international cities to facilitate priority access and bespoke services
  • Represent the Principal and private office with professionalism, discretion, and diplomacy
  • Maintain a visible and current presence within the luxury hospitality and concierge industry
  • Candidates with prior experience working with Centurian Services, VIP Concierge Travel Services, Private Aviation Logistics - on a global level - encouraged to share their details

Access, Reservations & Experience Coordination

  • Secure high-demand reservations and exclusive access to premier restaurants, venues, and private events
  • Coordinate private dining, bespoke hospitality experiences, and lifestyle requests
  • Facilitate access to cultural, sporting, social, and invitation-only experiences globally
  • Anticipate client preferences and proactively source unique opportunities

Global Travel & Destination Planning

  • Review and assess destinations, venues, and hospitality partners in advance of travel
  • Support travel planning with a concierge-led, service-first approach
  • Provide recommendations on emerging destinations, new openings, and exclusive experiences
  • Coordinate in-residence hosting and travel-related lifestyle arrangements

Event & Cultural Access

  • Arrange VIP access to major cultural, sporting, and hospitality events
  • Build and maintain relationships with event organizers, venues, and concierge partners worldwide
  • Support tailored hospitality experiences aligned with the principal’s calendar and lifestyle

Collaboration & Internal Coordination

  • Work closely with Executive Assistants, Security, Estate, Events, and Travel teams
  • Ensure seamless communication across all internal stakeholders
  • Escalate matters appropriately through the Chief of Staff and private office leadership

Reporting & Strategic Planning

  • Provide regular reporting on reservations, relationship development, and upcoming opportunities
  • Maintain a forward-facing pipeline of experiences and destination intelligence
  • Contribute to structured monthly reporting and strategic planning

Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will be highly polished, globally minded, and exceptionally service-driven, with a natural concierge presence and a deep understanding of UHNW expectations.

They will possess excellent communication skills, cultural fluency, and the ability to operate calmly under pressure while delivering consistently elevated service.
