Caregiver for Charleston Couple

LPN or CNA for senior couple

Schedule: 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM Saturday - Wednesday w/ a break in between morning and dinner shifts

Thursdays and Fridays off

Primary needs at this point are:

• Mr. is completely dependent on a rollator/walker. Caregiver is with Mr. anytime he is vertical (walking), helping to make sure he doesn’t fall.
• Mrs. needs someone to keep an eye on her so she doesn’t trip or fall. Mrs. suffered an aneurysm and needs to be monitored.
• Caregiver accompanies Mr. to his daily afternoon swim (on the property).
• Caregiver helps Mr. with daily grooming needs (dressing, bathing, etc.), as well as bathroom needs.
• Mrs. may need assistance with getting dressed, hair and make-up.
• On weekends when the domestic couple is off, the caregiver is the cook and will need to support light housekeeping. 
• Caregiver will assists with medications, wound care, taking vitals and charting (thin skin).
• Caregiver maintains the principals’ bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as their personal laundry and linens.
• Must be tech-savvy - help with iPhone updates, manage passwords, assist with making calls.
• The perfect candidate would be a CNA or LPN, a mature person, seasoned, highly experienced.
• Must be physically fit, and have prior training lifting, and transferring.
• Note; both seniors have full mental capacity.
• Caregiver(s) would need to be able to travel to Wyoming during the summer months, June-October.

The ideal candidate should be easy to get along with, without ego, a team player.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $100,000 - Open D.O.E.
