Wonderful kind clients in Marsh Landing, Ponte Vedra Beach are looking for an executive housekeeper/household manager/caregiver to support their 9,000 square feet home plus guest house. Mr. is 77-year-old gentlemen who recently took a fall but is mostly self-sufficient. His wife provides most of his care. Due to his recent fall, they would both like someone who is willing to support him while Mrs. is out of the house. While Mr. does not need personal care or skilled care presently - Mrs. anticipates that her husband might possibly need skilled support within the next 5 years. The couple has no children, their small dog is their only family.
This is a live-in or live-out position. There is a beautiful, fully appointed studio on the property, for a live-in candidate. To be considered, candidates MUST have a minimum of five years’ experience working in a private home, and MUST have verifiable references.
Responsibilities:
*Housekeeping- interior and exterior
*Running errands and grocery shopping
*Cooking
*Empty and remove trash receptacles
*Dusting ceiling fans and change light fixtures
*Vendor/contractor management
*Assisting with minor repairs is a plus
*Drive client to and from appointments
*Support the husband as needed
*Following COVID protocol is a MUST – Vaccinated is a must
Details:
*Must have a clean driver’s license
*CPR certified a plus
*Clean criminal and credit backgrounds required to be considered
*Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a domestic support role
*Salary: $50,000 to $55,000 D/O/E
*Schedule flexibility is preferred; Sundays are a must as the wife attends church and needs someone available to assist husband as needed
