Seeking an experienced seasoned Housekeeper for a lovely family in Rogers, Arkansas
We seek an organized, flexible, reliable housekeeper in Rogers, AR. This is a full-time opportunity. This role requires flexibility and some weekend work. This is a dream job for a lucky candidate. The family are kind, caring and generous.
The principal is in her 80s, a wonderful, friendly lady. The principals family has hired full-time caregivers.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Responsible for all housekeeping, laundry, and inventory management aspects of a 12,000 sq ft stunning property. Must be able to self-manage and take initiative. In this position, you work at your own pace, working through the house systematically. The principal uses three rooms; typically, the rest of the house simply needs to be maintained weekly.
• Ensuring all daily housekeeping duties are executed to the highest standard while respecting the principals' expectations and being mindful and aware of principal and guest preferences.
• Recieve packages and communicate with the family office about any maintenance issues.
• Be open to, suggest, and manage evolving duties and responsibilities.
• Purchasing groceries and running all required errands, driving Madame to her appointments when possible.
• Meal preparation or reheating of meals for Mrs.
• Ensure appropriate care of delicate items such as wardrobe, artwork, fabrics, and other valuables.
• Work respectfully with other household staff, contractors, vendors, and others to ensure the successful operation of the estate.
• Managing household product inventory and shopping.
• Trash and recycling management.
• Schedule and execute larger cleaning projects weekly, monthly, or annually.
• Special projects include, but are not limited to, quarterly deep cleans, household cupboard and closet cleaning, and reorganization.
• Provide appropriate care of Madame's dog, including taking it to the vet, groomer, and bathroom breaks. Including cleaning up after the dog.
Job Requirements:
• Previous experience working in an ultra-high-net-worth residence.
• Excellent housekeeping and laundry skills and knowledge of cleaning and maintaining luxury surfaces and care of fine items.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States of America (No sponsorship).
• At this time, there is no travel; however, Mrs. has a home in the Turks and Caicos Islands, and travel/support getting her there would be appreciated.
• Must be fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Polished and well-groomed professional appearance every day.
• Must have excellent verifiable references and excellent tenure to be considered. (Minimum of five years’ experience to apply)
• Solution-oriented, able to think outside the box.
• Trustworthy and flexible with a can-do attitude.
Certificates/Licenses:
• Full driving license, a reliable vehicle required, and experience driving ultrahigh-end vehicles, desirable.
Additional Information:
Must be able to pass a detailed background check.
Working days: Monday to Friday (flexibility requested); Occasional weekend work.
Hours of work: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (flexibility required).
Salary is $70k - $75k
There is a beautifully appointed furnished private living apartment offered.
The family are open to a pet, provided it is trained.
