Our client, an active and independent single lady, is seeking a refined, hands-on Companion and Personal Assistant to provide day-to-day support and companionship as she travels between her homes in Philadelphia, the New Jersey Coast, and Sarasota, Florida.
The ideal candidate will be well-spoken, poised, and worldly, with a warm, engaging demeanor and strong organizational abilities. This position is suited for someone who enjoys both social and household-oriented responsibilities and thrives in a role that combines structure, flexibility, and travel.
The client enjoys entertaining, dining at her private club, and attending social and community events. She values discretion, punctuality, and professionalism, and seeks a companion who can help ensure her daily life runs smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities

Drive the principal safely to appointments, social engagements, and between residences

Maintain a spotless driving record and ensure all vehicles are clean, fueled, and well-maintained

Run errands and manage household inventories

Provide general household support including light housekeeping and laundry (handwashing/airdrying - delicate garments)

Oversee dry cleaning and wardrobe organization

Assist with simple meal preparation when needed

Care for and walk two small dogs

Help coordinate with vendors and household staff as necessary

Set up for meetings and visits (water, notepads, etc.)

Attend dinners, social events, and outings as a companion - go on cruises with the cleint

Manage scheduling and ensure the principal remains on time and well-prepared
- Accompany cleint to the salon - hair and nails, personal shopping
Qualifications

Excellent driving skills and a clean driving record are essential

Polished, well-groomed, and professional presentation

Strong communication skills and a calm, capable demeanor

Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion at all times

Comfortable with travel and living between multiple residences

Must enjoy dogs and be comfortable assisting with their care

Prior experience supporting a private household or principal preferred
- Clear command of English
Compensation & Details

Salary: $75,000+ annually, DOE

Schedule: 5–6 days per week, flexibility required (live-in role)

Benefits: All travel expenses covered, medical contribution included

Housing: Live-in accommodation provided - private room and bathroom
- Scheudle: Monday through Friday - flexable hours working around cleints needs - generally 40/50 hour week - some weekend coverage
