Caregiver/Companion/Valet PLACED
Our client who lives in Highland Park, Dallas, TX is seeking an experienced caregiver/social manager to provide support in his fully-staffed home. Having experience caring for early on-set dementia and early-stage Parkinson’s would be advantageous.
The ideal candidate will be a well-travelled, comfortable working in a fully staffed home, have the abilities to manage caregivers’ and their schedules, assist with personal hygiene to include supervised showering, assist with closing buttons and oversight of medication administration. At times the role will involve driving our client as social companion. The caregiver must have the ability to hold meaningful conversation about sports, history, travel and play cards.
This position is live-in with flexibility.
Responsibilities:
- Attend social outings with our client's family and children
- Possibly travel - nationally and internationally
- Attend social events in Dallas and surrounding areas
- Have a clear understanding of social etiquette is necessary
- Be able to manage multiple calendars including the scheduling of hair, nail, massage appointments
- Valet service to include wardrobe management, inventory management and the packing and unpacking of our client
- Health risk analyses – ensuring that there are no falls or slips
- Report daily to the house manager and family
Benefits:
The salary is in the range $60-$75,000 annually depending on experience, possible benefits, and 2 weeks of paid vacation.
Monday through Friday with flexibility, 40-50 hours a week.

Must have a clean driving record and be willing to sign an NDA.
