Location: New York, NY, London, LA (with oversight of multiple residences nationwide)

An A-list celebrity is seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Chief of Staff / Estate Manager to oversee the seamless operation of multiple residences across the country. This role requires a multifaceted leader who excels in project management, house management, and personal assistance while thriving in a fast-paced, high-profile environment. The role lends itself to a candidate who is current in social media trends, and the latest technology. The family residence is located on Central Park S. in one of the most exclusive buildings in Manhattan. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Estate & Household Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple high-end properties in New York, the Hamptons, Los Angeles, London and other locations.
  • Project Management: Lead renovation and design projects, working with top-tier designers, architects, and contractors.
  • Staff Oversight: Recruit, train, and manage domestic staff, ensuring seamless coordination between properties.
  • Personal Assistance: Support the principal’s lifestyle, including scheduling, wardrobe coordination, and liaising with stylists and personal shoppers.
  • Social & Event Coordination: Assist with high-profile social engagements, liaise with top restaurants, event planners, and luxury service providers.
  • Travel Coordination: Manage complex travel logistics, including private aviation, accommodations, and security.
  • Vendor & Budget Management: Oversee vendor negotiations, household budgets, and financial reporting.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Must have prior experience in a similar high-profile role (HNW families, entertainment industry, luxury hospitality, etc.).
  • Approachable and informal yet highly professional—able to blend into a fast-paced, social environment while maintaining discretion.
  • Strong knowledge of fashion, luxury lifestyle trends, fine dining, interior design, and elite social circles.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills; ability to pivot quickly and handle last-minute changes.
  • Comfortable working 24/7 when needed, with a flexible, service-minded attitude.
  • Zero tolerence for ego, must have a service heart, this is a hands-on role.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive six-figure salary $200K to $260K (DOE)
