Fantastic opportunity for an experienced "Executive or Sous Chef" to be in charge of the American F&B team at the World Expo Dubai, in Dubai, UAE.
Our client is looking for a chef to take charge of the American banquette area at the Expo. The chef must be confident managing volume, a team of chefs, and the logistics of maintaining standards for six months of contracted work.
My clients would like the chef to present and represent the all-American food cultural experience –
Items such as hot dogs, hamburgers, pulled pork, barbecue brisket, ribs, grouper sandwich, hush puppies, corn bread, blackened fish, low country boil, grilled corn, corn casserole, gumbo jambalaya, coleslaw, potato salad, fried Okra, red beans and rice, grilled chicken, chicken salad, tuna salad, egg salad, deviled eggs, cobb salad, turkey legs, baked potatoes, lobster/shrimp rolls, etc.
There is a large team in place to support the preparation and execution of the event. Our client wants to make sure that the food is authentic in presentation and flavor.
Our clients are opening a new "American Steak House". Should the placed candidate excel, they would then be offered the opportunity as Executive Chef, in complete charge of the new venture, with the support of a global organization.
