Position Overview
A private, discreet, and business-focused UHNW principal is seeking an experienced, confident, and highly detail-oriented Senior Butler to support and oversee daily service and operational flow across a substantial Brentwood estate. The property includes a primary residence, multiple guest houses, and dedicated family office buildings, all supported by an established staff and trusted vendors.
This is a highly professional, hands-on role for a polished individual who brings youthful energy, strong physical stamina, exceptional attention to detail, and a refined service mindset. The environment is structured, respectful, business-like, and calm. The principal is polite, discreet, and appreciative of his current team. Discretion, professionalism, emotional intelligence, and collaboration are essential.
The ideal candidate is confident moving seamlessly between residential service, valet support, and business-adjacent environments, ensuring continuity, organization, and elevated standards throughout the estate and nationally across properties.
Key Responsibilities
Estate, Butler & Valet Services:

Provide high-level butler and valet service to the principal

Manage daily wardrobe preparation, garment care, steaming, pressing, and presentation

Oversee closet organization, inventory management, and seasonal wardrobe rotation

Prepare clothing, accessories, and luggage for business and personal travel

Coordinate with tailors, dry cleaners, and specialty garment vendors

Ensure readiness of footwear, accessories, and personal items daily

Anticipate the principal’s preferences and adjust service accordingly
Estate & Residential Oversight:

Provide day-to-day operational oversight of the main residence and guest houses

Coordinate closely with household staff, estate managers, and trusted vendors
-
Ensure service standards, presentation, and readiness across all residential spaces

Manage schedules, deliveries, household inventories, and internal systems

Maintain privacy, discretion, and confidentiality at all times
National Standards & SOP Alignment:
-
Maintain uniformity of service standards with other domestic butler and valet support nationally

Share, implement, and refine SOPs across properties
-
Update live changes to schedules, preferences, and service protocols in real time

Ensure continuity of service expectations regardless of location
Family Office & Property Coordination:

Support daily functionality of on-site family office buildings in coordination with senior staff

Act as a liaison between residential operations and business-support teams

Ensure common areas, meeting spaces, and executive environments remain polished and operational

Coordinate vendor access, maintenance schedules, and service timing to avoid disruption
Events & Hosting Support:

Assist with setup and breakdown for business meetings, executive gatherings, and small family events

Ensure event readiness, service flow, and post-event reset
Staff & Vendor Leadership:

Lead by example while supporting and elevating service standards across teams

Assist with training, onboarding, and reinforcement of household and service protocols

Maintain consistency of etiquette, presentation, and professionalism
Ideal Candidate Profile

Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Butler, Senior Butler, and/or Valet within a large private estate or UHNW environment
-
Confident, polished, and detail-driven with a strong hospitality and service ethic

Physically fit, energetic, and comfortable navigating a large, multi-structure property

Youthful mindset with professional maturity and excellent judgment

Exceptionally discreet, calm, respectful, and collaborative
-
Highly organized with excellent communication and follow-through
-
Comfortable supporting both residential and business-adjacent environments

Tech-savvy and proficient with digital systems, scheduling tools, and smart-home platforms

Fluent English required; additional languages a plus

White-glove service experience strongly preferred

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $150,000 – $180,000 annually, commensurate with experience
