House Manager/Houseman - PLACED

Our client is looking for an Estate Manager in the Atlanta area, Vining’s.

 

This role involves the management of 3 separate buildings on an estate in Vining’s, GA- The Main House, Guest House, and a pool house.

 

The job is complete oversight over the three buildings. Our client is looking for a candidate who can take charge of the following:

 

• Managing- all aspects of the three properties
• Housekeeping- maintaining SOP’s at all three residences
• Day to Day hands-on operations/repairs
• Vendors management to include landscaping, pool, mechanical, trash removal, etc.
• Oversight of/point of contact for all enhancement/maintenance projects (renovations, improvements, etc.)
• Hospitality- exceeding guests’ expectations
• Budgeting- the ability to adhere to a budget
• Purchasing- maintenance of all supplies, tracking of shipments to include incoming and outgoing
• Billing- submit all invoices for payment. Verification of services must be approved/signed off.
• Coordinate guest arrival and departures- greet/meet/hospitality/food and beverage

 

Salary ranges from $80,000-$110,000
