Overview:

A distinguished private household in Riyadh is seeking an exceptional and experienced Head Butler to join its service team. This is a unique opportunity for a dedicated hospitality professional to deliver bespoke, world-class service in a refined and discreet environment.

The successful candidate will play a key leadership role, ensuring consistency and excellence across all areas of household service. The role requires a confident yet composed presence, capable of setting a high standard for others, while maintaining the warmth and professionalism essential in a VVIP residence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver attentive, highly personalized service to the principal and their guests

  • Act as a point of reference for junior butlers and service staff, upholding excellence in all areas

  • Greet and escort the principal and guests; ensure comfort and privacy at all times

  • Provide assistance with packing, unpacking, wardrobe care, and organization

  • Anticipate needs proactively and act swiftly to fulfil special requests or changes

  • Coordinate with household departments and external vendors to ensure seamless service delivery

  • Maintain accurate inventory and stock records for personal and household items

  • Deliver impeccable food and beverage service, with a strong foundation in formal dining etiquette

  • Follow directions from the Senior Head Butler and collaborate closely with all household team members

  • Handle all interactions with utmost discretion, using appropriate protocols and address

Essential Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in a similar role within a private residence or luxury hotel suite

  • Diploma or certification in Food and Beverage Service, Butler Training, or Hospitality Management

  • Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus

  • Exceptional attention to detail, with a polished and service-oriented demeanor

  • Professional, composed, discreet, and able to lead by example

  • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills

  • Trustworthy, adaptable, and capable of working under pressure in a dynamic, high-expectation environment
