Butler/Bartender for Luxury Hunting Lodge - PLACED

Our established client in Columbus, GA, is in need of an experienced butler to support his luxury hunting lodge. The client is on-site frequently throughout the year, often has personal guests in his company, and lodges private guests as well. This is a fully functional ranch-style hunting lodge with a farm, orchard, and seasonal garden. There is an outstanding chef in place who has the skills and knowledge to grow the business, and they are looking for another team player to be part of this venture.

The butler is expected to perform formal food and beverage service, bartend, create signature cocktails, and support during dining service. Additionally, the butler will be responsible for catering to the guests’ needs, assisting with and training housekeeping as needed, and performing light maintenance on the lodge.

This is a 5-star resort, commanding $1,500 to $1,700 per night. Our client requires the experience to reflect his guests’ investments.

Our client is open to a seasonal or full-time candidate.

Details:

• A minimum of 5 years in food and beverage, hospitality service
• Previous experience supporting butler, houseman, housekeeping duties
• Knowledge of working farms/ranches would be advantageous
• Full-time, flexibility is required- seasonal candidates will also be considered
• Salary $65,000 to $80,000 depending on experience
