Butler/House Manager -Coral Gables, Miami - CLOSED
A single British gentleman and his girlfriend are in need of a housekeeper and butler/manager for their waterfront, 6,000 square feet mansion in Coral Gables, FL. The principal requires support 7 days per week. Days off will be traded between the schedules of the butler/manager and the housekeeper.

Butler/House Manager for Global Support
Full-time, bi-lingual butler/house manager (Spanish/English), based in Miami with domestic and international travel.
Our client is looking for an upbeat personality, someone with an excellent F&B background. Previously our client has hired a yacht crew and would entertain candidates who understand privacy, security, and maintain 5-star informal resort service. Candidates must be able to fluently speak and read both English and Spanish.
Responsibilities:
- Excellent food and beverage service & management
- Stock management
- Tech-savvy, competent recording using DVR, familiarity using Creston and remote access systems. Ability to trouble shoot with a 24/7 mentality
- Excellent bartending service
- Packing and unpacking with excellent wardrobe management
- Knowledge of floral arrangements and event setup
- Basic cooking, setting a beautiful table
- Comfortable working with interior designers and architects.
- Serving hors d'oeuvres
- Managing vendors, to include sourcing, managing, and, respectfully, maintaining relationships with service providers
- Tracking packages
- Oversee functions from point of conception to include working with security, invites and tracking of correspondence, sourcing caterers, valets, cleaning crews, etc.
- Understand and implement protocol/manuals/SOP’s
- Support housekeeping
- Must be familiar with the Miami area, know how to navigate the social scene, and have knowledge of the best restaurants and bars
- Must be up to date on modern trends and style
- Must have a clean, confident, and charming appearance and personality
- Having an interest in lady’s soccer or playing would be advantageous
- Principal will reward for hard work and flexibility

Position Details
- Salary: $90,000 to $130,000
- Monday through Friday with possible weekend support as needed. Extreme flexibility needed for this fun opportunity
- Full benefits package after 90-day trial period
- International travel required (Bahamas and, possibly, South America), must have a current passport
- Must have a clean DL & pass a criminal and credit verification
- Management background is required
- Experience in cruising/yachting is a plus
