Job Description – Butler / House Manager

Seeking an experienced and professional Butler responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring a smooth operation of the residence. The ideal candidate must have previous experience in an HNW Formal household setting, possess strong interpersonal skills, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate flexibility.

The schedule is Monday through Friday 10AM – 8PM with flexibility.

Duties include:

· Interviewing and Training new staff

· Supervising the staff

· Wardrobe management

· Ensuring all expensive furniture is handled carefully

· Helping the housekeepers with their duties when necessary

· Making sure that the residence is kept immaculate and well organized

· Making sure all systems are working properly at the residence

· Bringing in and overseeing Repairmen and Vendors as necessary

· Driving family on occasion

· Overseeing Parties and Special Events

· Formal Dining Service when needed

This is a Full-Time, Live-Out position. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 5 years of experience, will be legally authorized to work in the US, will drive and will have stellar professional references.

Salary and Benefits

Salary range: $85K – $110K plus Benefits (Health Insurance, 401k).

Two weeks paid vacation, five sick/personal days, and major holidays off.
