Allan is the co-owner of a construction management company with over three decades of experience in the industry. Allan supports all aspects of construction, whether it be new or existing. Due to his knowledge, he serves as the principal construction litigation expert.
Allan uses some of the latest diagnostic techniques and equipment available, and his investigations take him everywhere from the peaks of high-rise office buildings to underwater foundations. He is an NCARB registered architect, a licensed general contractor, an ICC certified building inspector, and a certified masonry inspector.
Allan is a graduate of the University of Tennessee, with a Bachelor of Architecture degree and graduate work in structural engineering. Previously he served as the head architect for two leading Orlando firms, director of construction and design for a major development company, and a construction contract administrator for the Walt Disney Company.
Allan is an acknowledged construction industry expert requested to speak at industry and company seminars and regularly testifies as an expert in trial and arbitration proceedings.
