Full-Time Nanny – Midtown, Georgia
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Compensation: $35-$40 per hour

Our clients, a warm and welcoming family located in Midtown Atlanta, are seeking an experienced, trustworthy, and energetic full-time nanny to provide attentive care for their 16-month-old son. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, engaging, and proactive—someone who delights in helping a young child learn, play, and thrive in a nurturing and safe environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide attentive, loving care for a 16-month-old child throughout the day

  • Plan and lead age-appropriate developmental and educational activities

  • Encourage curiosity, creativity, and learning through play, reading, and exploration

  • Prepare nutritious meals and snacks for the child

  • Maintain a clean, organized environment, including tidying up after meals and playtime

  • Support the child’s emotional and social growth through positive reinforcement and structure

  • Assist with light household duties related to childcare (laundry, toy organization, meal prep)

  • Communicate openly and professionally with parents regarding daily routines, milestones, and updates

Schedule

  • Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

  • Flexibility may be requested on occasion

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $52,000–$62,000 annually, commensurate with experience

  • Medical stipend provided

  • Paid time off, holidays, and sick days

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional childcare or nanny experience, preferably in a private home setting

  • Background in early childhood education, Montessori, or Waldorf teaching methods preferred

  • Energetic, creative, and patient demeanor

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

  • CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)

  • Excellent, verifiable professional references

  • Ability to pass a comprehensive background check

  • Retired teachers or educators are warmly encouraged to apply
