Location: Fishers, Indiana (46037)

Compensation: $35–$45 per hour (commensurate with experience)

Position Overview

A warm and welcoming Middle Eastern family of Syrian and Lebanese background is seeking a full-charge Housekeeper to care for their beautiful 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom residence. The home includes a swimming pool with changing room and a gym. The ideal candidate will be trustworthy, humble, polite, and committed to maintaining the household with the highest standards of care.

This is a long-term position where the candidate will be considered an integrated part of the family.

Responsibilities

  • Full-charge housekeeping for a large, busy household

  • Daily cleaning, deep cleaning, and organization of all areas of the home

  • Laundry, ironing, and wardrobe care (including delicate garments)

  • Packing and unpacking for family travel

  • Grocery shopping and household supply management

  • Occasional preparation of simple, family-style Syrian meals (a plus, not required)

  • Light household support such as maintaining inventories and assisting with daily routines

  • Ensuring the pool changing room and gym remain tidy and organized

Schedule

  • 3 days per week

Family Details

  • Family-oriented household with three children:

    • Ages 10 and 15 (in school daily)

    • One child in college

  • Close-knit, respectful family who values honesty, discretion, and professionalism

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a full-charge housekeeper in a private residence

  • Confident with household laundry, wardrobe care, and organization

  • Ability to prepare simple, healthy family-style meals (Middle Eastern cuisine a plus)

  • Excellent communication, discretion, and reliability

  • High level of integrity, strong work ethic, and good manners

  • Flexible to live-in or live-out (relocation and stipend available for the right candidate)

Compensation & Benefits
