Start Date: ASAP
Compensation: $110,000–$160,000 DOE + Medical & Dental Benefits

A dynamic, detail-oriented House Manager/Personal Assistant is sought to support a busy entrepreneurial couple in the Palm Beach/Delray Beach area. Based primarily in Delray Beach near Federal Highway, this role requires a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and takes full ownership of responsibilities from start to finish.

The principals are hands-on, high-achieving professionals who value precision and attention to detail—for example, even a misaligned document can be distracting. The role provides primarily personal support to a busy entrepreneur, with some executive assistant responsibilities including expense tracking and QuickBooks management.

Candidates should be confident, tech-savvy, and experienced with tools such as Trello, capable of taking tasks from assignment to completion independently. The couple has two dogs and two birds; occasional responsibilities may include checking on the home, refilling the birds’ water, collecting mail, or bringing in packages when the principals are away.

This position also includes vendor and contract management, staff scheduling, and seasonal event coordination. The principals are property developers who lead a fast-paced, professional, and respectful environment.

They enjoy hosting themed events for high-net-worth individuals, and the PA will be expected to execute these events with precision once concepts are developed. The couple also owns a second residence in the Blue Ridge Mountains, where the PA will coordinate household schedules and arrival/departure logistics. They are aquiring additional properties.

The principal, in her early 40s, is creative and launching a wellness program centered on chakras, space cleansing, and past-life regression. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, organized, and open-minded—able to think outside the box and align with an evolving, creative lifestyle.
